Our Lovelies come in all different shapes and sizes and we try to list as much info for each item as we can.

Once your order has been processed, it will ship from our store in 1-3 businesses days (excluding weekend and holiday dates) for standard shipments of items that are available in-store.

*We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please know that there may be delays in processing during sale events as we are the only two people runing the show! We do not ship on Saturday's, Sunday's or major holidays.

Online Only items will ship seperatly from items that are also in-store. Shipping for online only items is 3-5 days. Processing time may take a day or two longer if there is a special sales event.

These special Online Only items will ship from our partner warehouse in L.A.

If you requested in-store pick up, we will receive your online order in 3-5 days and will contact you as soon as it arrives so you can swing by and pick it up!

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address entered during checkout. If you didn't receive this email, check your spam folder. If it is not there please reach out to us and we will resend it!

Once your order is successfully packaged for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then track your package's progress directly from the link in this email.

Please allow 24 hours from the time that USPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.

If 24 hours has passed since USPS tracking shows it as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office to ask for geolocation information. This geolocation will show the last place that your package was scanned in by USPS. If the package has been delivered incorrectly, USPS should attempt to recover the package.

Please reach out to us within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with your geolocation information, so that we may further assist.


Boutique Items:
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note- accepted returns will receive a STORE CREDIT not a monetary refund. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible to ship it back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A $7.99 processing fee will be deducted from your store credit for all returns.

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon, Sezzle and ShopPay.

Please reach out to us as soon as you can. As long as your order has not shipped or received a tracking number we will be able to cancel and refund your order so that you may place a new order with Sezzle as the payment method.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Oh no! We are here to help! If the item you received is incorrect, we ask that you contact us right away. We will request a photo of the item you received as well as the packaging for the item.

Online only items are not available in our store and they ship from our vendors warehouse which gives us the ability to provide you with WAY MORE options!
